Thanks to the hybrid wind/solar photovoltaic system by KliuxEnergies, Alcaidesa Golf is henceforth more efficient and sustainable. Gestiona Innovación guarantees bottom-line savings and has coordinated the installation project.

Alcaidesa Golf Links Resort has become the first Golf Resort in Andalusia to install the Kliux Energies hybrid wind/solar photovoltaic system. Thanks to collaboration with Gestiona Innovación, representative for Kliux products in the Andalusia region, a GEO 1800 vertical-axis wind turbine and 4 kW in photovoltaic panels – connected to batteries – have been emplaced.

Acknowledged as one of the best links in Continental Europe, Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort will obtain significant energy savings. The resort (located in San Roque, a province of Cádiz) has two magnificent golf courses for a total of 36 professional holes with spectacular views of the sea, Gibraltar and Africa. It is flanked by two natural parks that make this enclave even more spectacular.
The presentation took place within the aegis of the “2nd Efficiency Golf  Tournament” and was complemented by the “1st Efficiency Technical Conference” where the attendees were able to see at first hand the wide range of Gestiona Innovación products – among which lies the Kliux Energies VAWT.
